We are looking for volunteers to help! 

Instructions on how to sign up are below:

Here is the volunteer schedule, a Google Sheet with available volunteer slots highlighted in orange. They are next to the music schedule for the various venues downtown. Volunteer shift times might change slightly as the schedule gets finalized -- we appreciate your patience as the schedule gets locked in. 

If you are interested in volunteering, please do the following:

1. Fill out your full name in an empty orange cell for Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. The different days are in the seperate tabs at the bottom. One shift gets you a ramble pass. You can sign up to work another shift on a different day if you want to help out more during the weekend.

1. Please note: volunteers under the age of 18 need to be paired with an adult and are expected to work the whole shift.

2. Fill out your contact information in the "Volunteer Info" tab, so I can contact you with additional information, such as parking and tickets closer to the event.

3. Your role: you will be stationed at the entrances to the venues. You will greet and check buttons as folks enter. You will also monitor the capacity of the venue. 

1. Shifts that differ from the door monitors include Merch, Box Office, and Hospitaily. Please only sign up for those shifts if you have experience in those areas.

In exchange for volunteering, you will get a Ramble Pass. The Ramble Pass is a 3-Day General Admission ticket for one (1) person to all Back Porch Events**. I will follow up with additional information on how to pick up your Ramble pass closer to the event.  

**Please note: evening headline shows at The Academy of Music are not Ramble Pass events and require purchasing a seperate ticket on the website above.
